User Data Deletion
Request deletion of personal data connected to Browhouse websites, forms, advertising, or Meta services.
How to request deletion
Email hello@browhouse.com with the subject line User Data Deletion Request. Include the name, email address, and phone number you used so we can locate the correct record. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification, or other sensitive documents.
If your request relates to Facebook or Instagram, tell us which account or lead form you used. We may ask you to confirm control of the email address or phone number associated with the request before deletion.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your request and verify the matching record.
- We will delete or anonymize personal data held in Browhouse-controlled systems, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or accounting purposes.
- We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any information we must retain and why.
Connected services
Browhouse may use service providers such as Meta, GoHighLevel, Resend, Stripe, Google Analytics, Meevo, and Cloudflare. We will remove data from systems we control and, where applicable, initiate or direct you to the provider-specific deletion process for data controlled by that provider.
